What type of operating system do I need to run this system?

Our system is compatible with Windows XP or Vista Home Basics, with a 600MHZ Pentium III-compatible or faster processor, 192 MB of RAM or more, and 1.1 GB of available hard disk space.  Other requirements are a Super VGA (1,024x768) or higher resolution video adapter and monitor, a CD or DVD ROM drive, a mouse and Microsoft Internet explorer 6.0 SP1 or later.

What is the storage capacity for this system?daloisojo

Storage is only limited by your computer.  25 gigabytes would hold 100,000 documents.

Is it easy to install and use?

Installation takes 30-40 minutes for a single user.  Many users do not feel the need for training, that’s how simple it is.  However, our staff is available to assist you.

What type of support can I expect?

Support is available by phone Monday through Friday from 8:30-5:30, or through email daily.
