Office Types - The Small Office

Paperless Small BusinessCyndi has a flower shop.  She suddenly realizes she can not find the purchase order for the Mother’s Day flowers.  She looks everywhere. Had Cyndi used her paperless office, she could of scanned the PO, placed a copy in the to be paid folder and a copy in the vendors file.  

Cyndi could also have taken photos of the flower arrangements and decorations in the store and stored in separate color coded folders to use each holiday. Copies of corsage photos placed in prom and winter formal folders as well in the wedding photo folder.

Each client would have their own folder.  Photos of their request with descriptions scanned and entered in their folder.  Cyndi can now scan the papers from brides and notes for funerals and place them right in a folder.  Deliveries in another folder. Never to get lost around the shop and accidentally thrown away.

Cyndi has saved time and can now enjoy what she does best – create flower arrangements.
